HUMP MAGNET

Description: Aarkaa    Hump    magnets    consists of   two   plate   magnets   installed on a dogleg shaped chute. The   unique   shape   of   the   chute ensures   that   the   material   fed   to the   separator   change   direction as    It    flows    through    the    hump thus          enabling          efficient separation. The     hump     magnet     can     be assembled        with        different combination    of    Ferrite    /    Rare Earth   Plate   Magnets   depending on the application. The   various   widths   of   the   plate magnets      can      be      selected depending      on      the      capacity handled. The     hump     magnet     chute     is generally       made       in       MS304 construction          (SS          option available).  The   plate   magnets   are   hinged   to the     chute     and     locked     using quick release toggle clamps. The   release   of   the   clamp   swings the     plate     magnet     open     for cleaning. Special   Half   Hump   with   a   single Plate     Magnet     can     also     be provided    where    normal    humps will    not    fit    because    of    height restrictions.
