MAGNETIC PULLEY

Description: Aarkaa          Magnetic          Pulley separators   are   an   easy   reliable solution     to     the     problem     of continuous     ferrous     extraction from      the      product      stream. Magnetic    pulley    separators    are installed   as   a   replacement   head pulley   at   the   discharge   end   of   a conveyor,      a      non      magnetic adjustable   diverter   plate   away from the product stream. The     magnet     system     is     360 degrees   to   ensure   that   ferrous/ iron    is    discharged    behind    the centre   line   of   the   pulley   and   to eliminate    any    weak    spots.    A special         magnetic         circuit provides   uniform   deep   magnetic     field    across    the    width    of    the pulley. Aarkaa    magnetic    Head    Pulleys are     custom     built,     and     are available    in    any    diameter    and the   face   width.     The   pulley   sizes will   be   recommended   based   on customers        installation        or application.        The        standard diamteres    are    12”,    15”,    20”, 24” and 30”. The   pulley   can   be   supplied   with lagging.   Taper   lock   bush   is   used to    lock    the    shaft    on    to    the pulley.      The      pulley      is      also crowned     at     the     edges     for ensuring tracking of the bell. Special   pulleys   can   be   designed for           high           temperature application                     involving temperatures   above   120   degrees Celsius.
