Description: Aarkaa     Suspended     Permanent Magnet    is    for    installation    over conveyor   to   extract   tramp   metal from material burden. Specially      designed      magnetic circuit     ensures     a     very     deep magnetic   field   and   gradient   to trap    contamination    from    fast moving belts. The          Aarkaa          Suspended Permanent      Magnet   comes   in   5 different   magnetic   strengths   to suit    various    belt    widths    and suspension height. The   magnets   can   be   configured with    the    Manual    Cleaning(MC) option   and   can   be   provided   with sliding   plate(Optional)   for   ease of        removal        of        trapped contaminations. The   magnets   can   also   be   fitted with    the    self    cleaning    option. The   system   incorporates   a   belt built     around     the     magnet     to automatically      remove      metal trapped    on    the    magnet    face. Channel      frame      work      built around   the   magnet   supports   two pulleys   over   which   the   belt   with SS304     or     vulcanized     rubber cleats      are   mounted.   The   pulley is    mounted    on    bearings    and driven   by   a   TEFC   motor   using   V- Belts. AMSPM   -      Upto   4”,   6”,   8”,   10”, 12” suspension height.
