PLATE MAGNET

Description: Aarkaa         Permanent         Plate magnets    are    installed    in    the base    of    inclined    Gravity    feed chutes   to   extract   ferrous   metals from           materials           being processed.it   is   fitted   into   a   cut out    on    the    base    of    the    chute and   the   hinge   provided   is   either welded    or    screwed    on    to    the base. The   plate   magnet   can   also   be supplied   installed   in   a   box   with adapter    spouts    for    installation on inclined pipe lines. Features: • Magnets     are     encased     in Stainless Steel Housing. • Tapered        milled        step provided   on   magnetic   face for     retention     of     ferrous material trapped. • Manufactured        in        five magnetic strengths. • Stainless       Steel       Hinges provided for installation. • From   6”   width   onwards   in increments   of   2”   up   to   60” width. Models: • Ferrite   Medium   Power   -   2”- 3” magnetic field. • Ferrite   High   Power   -   4”-   6” magnetic field. • Ferrite   Ultra   High   Power   - beyond 6”. • Rare    Earth    High    Power    - 5500 gauss. • Rare      Earth      Ultra      High Power - 9000 gauss.
