Description: Aarkaa    High    Intensity    Gradient Rare   Earth   Roll   Separators   use High    Energy    Neodymium    Iron Boron    Magnetic    material        to develop     fields     in     excess     of 21,000    gauss    on    the    magnet surface. The   Roll   comes   in   diameters   of 3”,   4”,   6”   and   the   Separator   has a   width   of   10”,   20”,   30”,   40”, 50” and 60”. The       Roll       Separator       unit comprises    of    a    Stainless    Steel Feed   Hopper   with   an   adjustable gate,   Vibratory   Feeder   with   the tray        in        Stainless        Steel construction   (Roll   Feeder   option available),    High    Intensity    High Gradient    Rare    Earth    Magnetic Roll    assembly    cantilevered    for ease   of   removal   of   Belt,   Kevlar impregnated   PTFE   coated   belts, Splitter   assembly   and   discharge chute       in       Stainless       Steel construction. The   Roll   is   driven   by   a   Geared Motor   and   a   variable   Frequency drive    is    provided    to    vary    the speed    of    the    roll.   A    proximity switch   is   provided   on   the   idler side   to   trip   the   vibratory   feeder in   the   event   of   under   speed   or the belt failure. The     Roll     Separator     can     be configured    as    a    single    stage, two stage or a three stage unit. The    support    structure    of    the equipment     is     in     Mild     Steel construction.  All   materials   contruction   parts   is in SS construction.
