Description: Aarkaa    Hopper    Magnets    comes in   variety   of   shapes   and   sizes   for use    in    square,    rectangular    or conical         hoppers,         chutes, housings     and     bins.They     are designed      for      trapping      fine ferrous    contaminant    from    free flowing     powdery     or     granular material    conveyed    by    gravity, Grates     should     have     at     least twice   the   cross-sectional   area   of the hopper outlet opening. Standard      units      feature      1” diameter     tubes     in     SS304/316 with    high    intensity    Rare    Earth Magnetic   Tubes   mounted   at   2” centers.     The     frames     are     of SS304 construction. Special   Sizes   can   be   designed   to customer specification. Features: • Magnets are encased in Stainless Steel Tubes. • High Intensity / High Grade N50 Rare Earth Magnets. • Special Magnetic Grades for High Temperatures Application. • Stainless Steel frame for Rectangular and Square Grates. • Circular Grates for Conical Hoppers. • Available in various sizes.
